COLUMBIA, South Carolina (CNN) Former senator and Republican White House hopeful Fred Thompson called on Democratic presidential candidates Monday to refund all donations received from MoveOn.org after the liberal advocacy group ran an ad attacking Gen. David Petraeus in The New York Times.
"I understand there's a front page ad that's been taken out by this outfit called MoveOn.org in the New York Times today," said Thompson at a campaign rally at Doc's Barbecue in this capital city. "And it basically accuses our general who's leading our troops in Iraq right now of betraying his own country. This outfit basically, in large part, funds the Democratic party. I call upon the Democratic party and all those Democratic contenders for the White House to disavow this libel against this brave American."

I’ve really been delighted to see how well Moveon.org is being marginalized. It is like suddenly the Republicans have figured out how to win. The far left is by definition a disgusting beast. One only needs to hold it up to the light and show it and its deeds to the public to slay it.
It is the proverbial vampire. One only needs to have the courage of Van Helsing to face it for what it is in the light of day to defeat it. The beasts survives only by its success of hiding behind its shrouds and hypnotic allusions.

If Fred will continue to understand the mainstream taxpayer and stay on their level, he will be fine. Special interests avoid those topics of tax and control.

Why doesn’t he suggest the democrats donate it to help veterans instead of giving it back to moveon. They will just use it again for something just as stupid.

Dems aren't returning anything. Giving to charity is bogus. They own the charities. Even if they don't it's completely written off. (How about giving it back to the people it was stolen from, oops their dems too!)
We'll go round in circle, we'll fly high like bird up in the sky.........iiiii, round in circle, Sheesh!

No PC BS from him. I wonder why no one else has the cajones he has?
I have said before, his early popularity will probably force the other republicans to start emulating him more and maybe even the DEMS, which will be hillarious.
