Levity aside, the idea that our govenment let it happen on purpose is insane. It must take an incredibly negative mindset to believe that.

There where a number of conspiracies that Clinton would do a huge inside job to hold power… But 9/11 happened after Clinton was gone but is it possible Gorelick created this to get the wheels turning for a 9/11 to take place or was Glorelick’s mess created only for Chinese money?
I think you have a legitimate question that was worded very poorly and everyone seems to have jumped on you.
I think it's clear that the gov't failed us in the one job it really IS supposed to do: protect us and our borders from enemies foregin and domestic. But this failure is a result of incompitence and incredible short-sightedness. Not the result of some horrifically PURPOSEFUL act!
Indeed, I don't know how people who believe it was purposeful in any way can function in society. To believe that the very country you are living in wants you dead for "oil" or "whatever" material gain is an incredibly depressing burden to shoulder for one's entire life. And indeed, if true, all hope is lost already, for who could stand against such a powerful governmental force?
If true, I doubt there would be these "truth theories" at all; if the gov't can stage (or can "let happen", without anyone resisting the killing at all) such a massive operation on its own people, surely Alex Jones would've been rubbed out by now. Or at least "allowed" to die in a "mysterious accident".
The irony is found in the fact Islamofacists would kill the Code Pink crowd first, on general principal alone.
I always enjoy asking a liberal if they know what the bin Ladens of the world want to do to gays, abortionists, women that can read, women that hold jobs or elective office, and so on.
