Thai medical care is as good as anywhere in the world. If you go into a doc’s office you’ll see diplomas and certificates on the wall from American or UK schools as well as Asian. Their education program sends medicos worldwide for their training. They have state of the art equipment, too. The injured have as good a chance there as anywhere.

Thailand is not a third world country. More like second world and first in many aspects.
