The scary thing about vouchers is when the government starts giving money to private schools, that gives them to right to start telling the private schools how to run their programs. Making private school tuition a tax credit or deduction would be much better, in my book.
The Government does not “give” money to schools in a voucher program. The money is given to parents, they decide where to spend it. They decide which schools gets the money.
