Not really. My tax situation is absolutely terrible. I’m glad yours is such that you don’t feel the need to support the FairTax but keep in mind the government could change their rules at any time and you could wind up in my boat.

No, your initial interpretation was correct. I support neither the “Faur tax” nor the “Fair tax”.

Then your tax situation isn't the same as mine, or you would certainly support the FairTax (probably still not the Faur Tax, though.) :-p

That's fortunate for you, but I wouldn't count on the government never changing the system such that you get dumped on.

Because there's nothing wrong with the income tax it just needs to be drastically flattened.

The income tax is an immoral affront to a supposedly free people. It needs to be executed with a stake through it's heart.
