I remember I stood in line waiting for tickets to go on sale and listened to a lesbian talking to someone on her cell phone. I know I was snooping but it fascinated me. She said she had chosen to be a lesbian and now she saw at age 50 she had no one, no children, no future, no security. Working at a job she hated and in 15 years she would retire alone and in poverty. By the time the ticket window opened up I was almost in tears. Talk about a sob story!

Yeah,sad,but a woman that scewed up probably would have been completely miserable as a heterosexual also.
