I have read that they bury these things years in advance, and they are all over the place. Obviously somebody keeps track of which ones are buried where, and how to set them off.
I remember there was an article a couple of months ago about a huge amount of explosives buried beneath a girl’s school that must have been placed there when the school was built.
so that if they ever needed to blow up a bunch of little girls, the means was at hand.
This is the enemy.
