I wonder what the gun control Nazi’s would consider a Browning Automatic Rifle? It doesn’t look like an assault rifle. Whoops, never mind, they can’t describe an assault rifle either, it’s a living thought, not a written specific description. High powered will eventually include Daisey B-B guns.

A Bonnie and Clyde gun? Never mind that it was even more of a favorite of the Law officers who ambushed and killed Bonnie and Clyde, and lots of others as well.

OTOH, it's really too bad old Miller didn't have a BAR or Thompson to guard his still with, instead of a ratty old Savage sawed off shotgun. Even the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court would likely have found himself able to take judicial notice that those were militarily useful weapons, which could contribute to the effectiveness of a well regulated militia.

“assault rifle” has an actual definition of being a selective fire small arm.

i think you mean “assault weapon” which is defined by scary, cosmetic features (bayonette lug, flash supressor, protruding handle, high cap mag, etc.) that have nothing to do with operation.

also referred to as EBG (eeeeevil black gun)
