That’s probably why Fred is hesitant to debate the other candidates.

Fred's got an ACU of 86 and Hunter a 92. Fred has a very good conservative record. Regarding the debates, there has not yet been a major debate since he announced. He will be in the next one.

What do you want to bet that Fred will mysteriously have a “scheduling conflict” when the next debate rolls around and he can’t make it.

Even Fred Barnes has said that he is underwhelming when he is speaking off the cuff.
