It would repeal a key part of the 14th Amendment, ratified in 1868, which confirmed that principle: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States." If these children were under U.S. jurisdiction, Vincente Fox wouldn't have spent the last decade championing their cause while they were on OUR soil.

The Sacramento Bee is once again championing foreign nationa's supposed rights over our own. I wouldn't subscribe to this rag if it extended my life five years.
