Looks like Bush picked someone who should sail through the confirmation process. Guess you’ve got to pick your battles and this one wasn’t one Bush wanted a fight over.
Why do we need an AG for the next 16 months until Bush is done, why not leave the acting AG in place and finish the term? Perks and bene’s for another hack?
