Zorkot, a third-year medical student at Wayne State University, was allegedly armed with an AK-47 assault rifle and dressed in black clothing with camouflage paint covering his face when he was arrested Saturday in Hemlock Park.
I'm sure he was up to no good, by the major charge, "carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent". But the other two charges are completely unconstitutional. "possession of a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle and one count of felony firearm", whatever the latter might be. Somehow I don't think he was on his way to the deer stand, although a semiauto AK, with a restricted magazine capacity, would be marginally acceptable for deer.
Going by OJ's definitions, he could easily say that he had heard terrorists where operating in Hemlock Park and had gone there 'to implement his own sting operation'
