I pretty much conceded the division already, but this hurts us trying to catch the Yanks for Wild Card, I knew with Rogers pitching tonight, this was a must win.

The Tigers blew it when they didn’t try to make any deals to get bullpen help at the trade deadline.

This is the year. Steelers 16 and 0.

They will win it all.

I don't think anything they could have done would have helped(look at Gagne, he was suppose to be the best of what was out there and teams were asking for too much in return for everyone else).

The team(Tigers)bragged early on about their "young guns" and being "pitching rich". While long stints on the DL to Rogers and Zumya definitely hurt them it WAS the pitching that let them down. Their ERA(starters and relievers)since the All-Star break is probably the worst in baseball. Shame they had to throw away(literally)great seasons by Grandy and Mag's.

The Indians have the magic the Tigers had last year with late inning comebacks, etc....hopefully, unlike the Tig's, they can keep it through to the end.
