Thats easy Bush responded to slowly and let the WMD leave Iraq when he knew exactly where they were before the invasion.

If Bush wouldn't have invaded Iraq, Saddam wouldn't have moved all his WMD's to Syria! - It is clearly Bush's fault.

Why, they'll say that Saddam was "innocent" all along and Bush lied in order to invade Iraq and steal their oil for Halliburton instead of invading Iran and stealing THEIR oil while letting Saddam have it [Iran].
