Yes, I do know that some are making some significant strides.
I believe that they are doing better than mother Russia for the mere fact that they were forced into the Socialist view of the world while much of Russia embraced it, therefore to become enterprising on their own, is an anathema to them as they have always depended on the State to provide all for them.
That's why it's so scary for me to witness so many in our own country who'd rather get something inferior offered by Big Brother, than provide their own!

Chevrolet is GM's budget brand in Europe, its model lineup consists mostly of small cars designed in Korea (e.g. the Chevrolet Matiz used to be the Daewoo Matiz, before the Chevrolet brand was introduced there). Chevrolet's main focus is Eastern Europe / Russia.
In the more mature markets in Western Europe (more demanding costumers willing to pay higher prices, but also stiffer competion from local brands like Volkswagen, Peugeot, Renault or Fiat), GM's brands are Opel for Germany, France, Spain etc. and Vauxhall in the UK, with the Adam Opel GmbH (Ruesselsheim, Germany) in charge of the development/design for Opel, Vauxhall and soon Saturn.
GM's upscale Brand is Europe is Saab from Sweden, which mostly uses Opel underpinnings. Select American made models (Corvette, Cadillac) are also sold through Opel/GM dealers in Europe.

I hope this will help strengthen the domestic position of the Kaczinsky Brothers, who are under constant attack by EU leftists and homosexual activists.

How so? They are leftists (albeit socially conservative, but socialists nonetheless) themselves and one of the twins is gay.
