A Phoenix policeman was killed yesterday as he sought to stop a once deported illegal for jaywalking. Go to AZCentral.com for the full story (stupid MSM copyright laws). Just one more violent action by illegals (Newark - Florida -Arizona).
This is appalling, but not surprising. It’s becoming a common occurance.

Usually when a cop gets killed by a criminal there's a big story in the media, and a public outrage. But the murder of a police officer BY AN ILLEGAL isn't enough to move the media, the Senate or Bush to action. Illegals are yet another protected "class" in America, perhaps even more important to government than homosexual perverts and the spotted owl. Police officers and Border Patrol Agents are merely obstacles to the WH agenda when they do their jobs regarding illegals. Thanks, Jorge.

On a thread about this yesterday, there were some pretty upset folks that were peeved that anyone would jump to the conclusion the perp my be an illegal. Pretty heated thread. I didn’t post to it, btw.
I was on that thread. I was asking about the scientific method behind the knee-jerk reactions. What difference does it make that one side won the coin flip?
There was a happy ending, after all. The police shot and killed the P0S after he took someone else hostage. The dead illegal was a gang member with a history of drug abuse who was convicted of theft in 2004 and served a prison sentence in 2006. He was deported in March 2006. The policeman he killed was a cancer survivor.
Didn't say it did. Without regard to scientific methods and knee jerk reactions, I generally like to be sure before I profer that sort of opinion. Not saying you do either. But, a lot of folks assumed the perp was illegal without any proof at the time and a lot of folks were upset at those who made that assumption. I've been guilty of jumping to conclusions I try to be much more cautious until I know.
I like having a basis before I jump to my conclusion. :)

How many Americans killed by illegals is too many for you? Will you have the nerve to give an answer?
Someone ought to ping all those yesterday who jumped on the posters who stated Sanchez was probably illegal. I think the shooter’s his name was Sanchez.
Of course we'd have to face all those self-involved scumbags who profit from the illegals and consider the victims to be nothing but the cost of doing business.
She’s a shade above a moron. Another example of a Hollywood celebrity with a ‘cult’ mentality. She’d probably eat a ham sandwich (with fully leavened bread!) on Main Street on the first day of Passover. Remember when Sammy Davis,Jr. and others “converted” to Judism when that was in vogue?
