Doesn't mean you can't be a danger to others with specific regard to someone utilizing a wheelchair. I've taken all sorts of firearms/weapons off of local gangsters slinging dope from a wheelchair. Actually had a guy gunned to death in his chair by the same rival gang that put him in the wheelchair in the first place, while he was serving up dope armed with a Tec-9 and shooting back. He was a waste of DNA but still a danger. Wheelchair bound does not equal no threat.
Might be something else. Also, when we were training with them I got zapped and I had two guys holding me by the arms so I didn’t hit the ground too hard and they were fine. I believe the electrical circuit is confined with in the body of the subject on the receiving end
Yah, and now that you say so, it makes sense that the charge is merely following a path between the two electrodes. I must have been thinking of something else.
Also, the amperage is around 2 miliamps so it would stay very confined. Also, using the probes you need a good width spread across the body for the probes to increase effectiveness because of such low amps
I imagine what might be really bad would be for one electrode to hit one person and the other hit somebody else. Bad time to hug. :-)
I've learned that to too many FReepers, if you're wearing a uniform, you're beyond suspicion. At least until the evidence of guilt is incontrovertible -- and investigating to seek such evidence is a sin, an atrocity, political correctness gone mad.
LOL...I imagine something more like a passionate kiss might do the trick. Now how to do an experiment on that proposal? I’m willing to try with the right female “lab rat”..8>)
That's funny... I've learned that to too many FReepers, its the cops that are the bad guys and its the perpetrator that is beyond suspicion. Heh. Go figure.
