Why not ban all cars in Britain? If this is the catastrophe in motion these piss-ants think it is, go all the way. Turn into third world nation, wither away and die.

Somehow this makes me think of “Animal Farm.”
The first thing to do is to get all of the other animals out of their cars.
Then the only people to be able to drive anymore will be the “pigs.” Some are more equal than others.
