We already decided that our (homeschooled) daughter will not be getting this vaccine, and if our family doctor ever does anything more than mention it as an available option (i.e., really trying to push it) then we will be finding a new doctor.

I’m not letting my 12 year old get it. I will chat with the Dr. next month just to see what she says.

At my daughters 10 year old check up, our pediatrician said to wait a few more years before we even start to talk about it.
I talked to my ob-gyn, and she was more aggressively selling it.
I liked our pediatricians approach.

The correct approach! We home school as well (25 year veterans at it). We can’t help but wonder how soon it will be before doctors are told that they MUST vaccinate. How long will it be before doctors are told by government that they must deny service altogether to families who will not take all the vaccines that government requires. Or, how long will it be before doctors are required by law to turn in the names of families who refuse to receive these vaccines and other government mandated procedures, too.

I homeschool, and the Dr did try to PUSH it on my 12 yo. We have a new doctor now. What a blessing that change has been. This one is extremely Pro-Life,believes and lives the Family Planning Method!
