Bingo. The key to being a good politician is the ability to work with others, who don't agree with you, to get things done. Reagan was the master at that.
Certainly, one must know how to get along with people. But, there is a line that should not be crossed. If it is, the only things that "get done" are in the advancement of the liberal agenda, not ours.
RINOs cross that line all the time. True conservative statesmen do not.
