He sounds like your normal everyday leftist President rationalizing his defense against his own impeachment by claiming it isn’t his Presidency, but the Constitution, he’s trying to save.

As pointed out elsewhere. Saddam’s government interfered in CNN news broadcasts and intimidated them into silencing any reports of torture, abuse, and murder in Saddam’s Iraq.
