"but the Romneys have been fighting for this office for two generations and we still don’t know why."

The Bushes have been fighting for it for two generations (and both won) and in fact two from the second generation may well have fought for it when all is said and done (bringing that total to three Bushes). Furthermore, a husband and now his wife is fighting for it.

In fact, going back to the beginning of U.S, history, John Adams and John Quincy Adams (his son) were both president, so this is nothing knew to American politics. I have less of a problem with it myself when the first generation fails in that endeavor.

There is nothing in the world wrong with Mitt running, forty years after his father's unsuccessful bid for the presidency, NOTHING.

Do you think their REAL objective is to turn us all into Mormons? I ask that question quite sincerely, because some people really do believe that is Mitt's primary goal. I'm wondering if you're one of them.

The bushs have a history of service, in fact the Father spent almost his entire life in the service of the nation.

The Bushs have a credible image as a family that sees politics as a calling to do good for their nation.

They don’t seem obsessed by money and they pay their dues, George W. was the first two term Republican governor in Texas history. Mitt held on to office for one term and now he wants to be president, and we don’t even know what his real driving beliefs are, because he changes them for whichever campaign he is running.

There is plenty of military risk mixed in with the Bush family, so they are willing to do the grunt service along with the glamor parts.

The Romney’s only want self serving power.

Judging by the recent polls, the American people sense something troubling about Mitt, just as they did about his father.

My posts only reflect what the electorate has felt about the Romneys for 40 years, they don’t like them and they don’t trust them.
