There are a lot of intelligent, decent Hispanic judges and prosecutors who deserve to be appointed by Bush, and their service in the courts will make the Hispanization of the US progress smoothly. As that progressiveness occurs, tax paying Hispanics will require representation in our courts and political system. I though we were a color blind society, where people should be judged on there character not there skin color. It is RACIAL PROFILING to stress the ethnic identify. If RACIAL PROFILING is OK to appoint judges, then can’t it be used to identify terrorists?
