Maybe a little investigation is in order. Seems simple ask the perps why they did it.
They are trying to identify the perps from the video ... I have a funny feeling about this. The kid who was attacked should know who these people are ... and it looks like the mother is ... well just standing on the side line waiting to see which way this will go ...
