Hillary’s preferred solution to rancorous public political debate would be to suppress the opinions she doesn’t like. Like the University of Michigan did while Lee Bollinger was there as dean of the law school—prohibit any speech that would offend women, minorities, or gays. She believes in hate crimes laws...which could be used to criminalize any speech the liberal establishment disapproves of.

There’s a group of ‘moderate’ and ‘liberal’ Republicans that call themselves ‘Moosehearders’.
They call for the Impeachment of Cheney to be replaced with someone like William Cohen or Olympia Snow to run for the presidency in ‘08.

Appeal to GOP voters? This woman is over the top delusional. The only thing about her that would appeal to GOP voters is if she would follow in Vince Foster’s footsteps.

Her “Can’t we all just get along” Rodney King statement is going to blow up in her face. She has no debating skills whatsoever to argue her socialist point of view to most republicans. She knows that. So instead she says some lame ass thing like she can appeal to republicans! Is it that she’s dumber than a post or thinks we are?
Doesn’t she know we will crawl over broken glass to defeat her?
What about all those FReepers a few months ago saying they were voting for Hillary to teach the GOP a lesson for not being conservative enough?

A Hillary Clinton presidency will be the best thing to ever happen to this country.
True, it would be four years of hell, and it would take years to reverse her policies and screwups, but it would also be the necessary two-by-four to the head to wake up the American people.
Without the buffoon Jimmy Carter we would have never had the Reagan Revolution.
Without the corrupt Bill Clinton we would have never had the Gingrich takeover of Congress.
Because of failed Republican leadership and their quest for personal gain, we will have to go thorugh the process again. Like the two previous episodes, it will purge us of the tainted leadership that wasted a rare opportunity for good, just like Reagan banished the Rockefeller Republicans, and Gingrich vanished the me-too liberal Republicans.
But then, it might be too late this time. After eight Hillary years, we will be a Spanish-speaking oligarchy with the Democrat Socialist Party and the La Raza Latina Party as the surviving entities.
