I haven’t found much on it either, but in some reading that I did, it does seem that many of the government run health care programs in the world are much quicker to abort potential problem pregnancies than to even try and save them like we are more inclined to do.

Very interesting. That analysis also helps explain why a country like Poland has an even higher infant mortality rate than the U.S.
