My brother in law has been living with AIDS since 1990. There is no cure, there is no prevention...but like diabetes, for AIDS there are drugs that can be taken to preserve and extend life.

There is no cure and Bush should not have said there was. He is lying just like the Clintons lie.
The main thing that should be explained is that while we have no cure, these drugs do not cure nor do they stop the transmission of aids. This is why so many children in Africa have aids and are dying.
What is wrong with the truth??????????
