That, dear friends, is the key question posed by the ladies (and gents?) at jezebel.com.

So, here he is. Take a look...

Really?  Having been subjected to the P.I.'s treasonous stance for over 40 years, I interpreted it as being an honest reflection of a concern of hers.  I think that she honestly is attracted to him and wants to promote this notion far and wide.

And the jezebel.com definitions suggest that they're not too serious about it, either.

As a product of Washington, I learned long ago to be as leery of the PU as you are. But this isn't one of their treason moments.

They have done far worse it's true, but I think that it should be noted when something like this is done by a paper that purports to be a serious purveyor of news.

It's a reflection of the culture there at the P.I. to attempt to humanize someone like this, because they share a common hatred of America with him.
