Sometimes they do use former titles as a courtesy, as in “Mayor” Giuliani or “Governor” Romney. What gets me is that the MSM usually refers to the current POTUS as “Bush” rather than “President Bush”.

I called the editor of our local socialist rag to ask about this. She said it was about saving ink and print space.

I guess that's what they're doing when they don't print anything about the Beast's campaign finance scandals too.

They've been so trustworthy and above reproach in the past that I'll just give them the benefit of the doubt. /s
