“even the ‘shock and awe’ of the initial stages, it was just too jubilant and just a little uncomfortable”

Liberals are always uncomfortable with the notion of defending ourselves. Cowardice is in their DNA, and it shows.

“Liberals advised us not to retaliate after 9/11 because, if we retaliate against those who hate us and seek our destruction, they might become angry and seek our destruction” Ann Coulter

"Couric took Rather to task for his reporting. “There were things in there that were quite egregious in terms of how it was reported,” she said. “And sloppy work is sloppy work…They did not dot their I’s and cross their T’s when it came to that story…And our job is to get right.” ----Katie has ensured that her network has done so well to 'dot their I's and cross their T's" all viewing of the major nightly news still plummets. Her product will be ranked right up there with the 8-track.

“The whole culture of wearing flags on our lapel and saying ‘we’ when referring to the United States and, even the ‘shock and awe’ of the initial stages, it was just too jubilant and just a little uncomfortable.”

Gosh. She is uncomfortable saying “we” when referring to the United States? I’m amazed at her honesty.

“Everyone in this room would agree that people in this country were misled in terms of the rationale of this war,” said Couric...who aims a barb at Rather that equally applies to her previous statement “There were things in there that were quite egregious in terms of how it was reported"...
