How bout you pick one goal you like that you would like to see a plan to accomplish it for?

How about getting the US out of the UN? And the UN out of the US?

A) not nominate Cabinet positions for those departments B) veto budgets that have funding for those departments

lol, I would love to see a president who had the guts to do that, I bet Paul would.

Gambling polls can’t really be skewed, because most people that play it are trying to make money, not score ideological points. Even so, if the odds go too high, people who think Paul doesn’t have a chance will bet tons of $$$. If you don’t think he has a chance, go plunk down $10,000, you will get an easy $500 if you’re right. ‘Course if you’re wrong you will loose it all. I stay away from that stuff, but I think it is more accurate than polls.

And yea, it might be illegal, dunno if it’s based in the US or not, stupid unconstitutional gambling laws. Paul would overturn those too, btw.

Ron Paul doesn’t understand the war on terror, or doesn’t take it seriously at all. Probably both.

Does our Federal government take it seriously when the Federal Government allows, encourages, and even aids and abets this illegal, violent invasion of our borders during war time? Even the Presidents spokes person basically compared millions entering this country from who knows where during wartime, to a mere traffic ticket or violation.

Which doesn't address the other problem of Ron Paul's complete lack of understanding of the problems with radical Islam

I was responding the the question above, specifically about the candidate not taking the WOT seriously.

I noted you responded to a question, with a question, instead of an answer.

When we have millions crossing our borders illegally, routinely, with trucks entering by the thousands, loaded with drugs, human cargo and who knows what else, are you suggesting our own government is taking the WOT seriously?

I noted you responded to a question, with a question, instead of an answer.

I noted that you ignored the question in my post which pointed to the original point that was being made (from which you jumped to a tangential (albeit important in its own right) point). As I pointed out, it is not necessary to close the border to do other things to fight terrorism. I think it would help protect us to close our borders more effectively.

Note that if we close our borders and have Ron Paul as a President, we've only solved the problem of the border and haven't done a thing about the global radical Islamic problem. So, you can say, "look at this hand" all you want. I still see the bunny.

i think it was talking about when Fred Thompson first became listed on the gambling website.

In post 55 I state the same thing you said; I wasn’t trying to mislead anyone with that chart.

Fair enough. I stand corrected.

I didn't say close the borders. Let me ask you a simple, direct question. Is real border security critical and vitally important for the homeland during a global war on terror?

We've already danced before. Answer's still the same. Yes.

I think I catch your drift, though the site doesn't allow searches to be saved. I searched for Ron Paul sponsored legislation. Which is almost interesting. Any of em pass?

“Any of em pass?” heh, not a one. I would be happy if only this one passed. H.R.1146 it gets us out of the UN and the UN out of here.

From the bill:

” (a) Repeal- The United Nations Participation Act of 1945 (Public Law 79-264; 22 U.S.C. 287 et seq.) is repealed.

(b) Termination of Participation in United Nations- The President shall terminate all participation by the United States in the United Nations, and any organ, specialized agency, commission, or other formally affiliated body of the United Nations.

(c) Closure of United States Mission to United Nations- The United States Mission to the United Nations is closed. Any remaining functions of such office shall not be carried out.”

I, too, would be ecstatic. However, proposing legislation and having a plan for actually accomplishing the passage of the said legislation are two distinct things. I don't think Ron has a grasp on the distinction. IOW, no plan.

Why are Ron Paul Detractors so Frightened?

Why are Paulestinians so congenitally dishonest as to reflexively term all reasoned and legitimate observations, re: their idiot messiah as being "frightened" of him?

Oh... wait. Wait. That's a question that pretty much answers itself, doesn't it...?
