Not true.
There are very few real reprocessing sites. Plenty of countries get along without them, sending their fuel abroad for reprocessing, like Spain and Taiwan.
We can discuss Iran’s nuclear program until they pop a bomb. By that time it will be to late to do much about it. We either take them out now or plan to live with the consequences.
I guess I got tripped up on the distinction between “do reprocessing” and “reprocess.”
