Mile-wide, inch-deep. Can’t keep fliers in the box, but nothing solid yet.
Turns out the house I had my eye on in Arizona has (gasp!) mold under the rug. That might take about three hours to fix!
Do you have a contingency offer on it, or are you waiting until yours sells before you make overtures?
