I can’t read anything by this Navarrette character, I loathe him. I detest him. Here we find typical Hispanic triumphalism and braggadocio. If they're so smart and capable how come Mexico sucks and same for most other Latin nations. I could handle living in Argentina Chile and Uruguay. Other than that they are gawd awful places
