And the founding father of Chile was Bernardo O'Higgins Riquelme, whose father was an Irishman educated in London. Do you think this is just a coincidence?

So they are three of the least Hispanic countries in South America. I knew about the Italians dominating Argentina but not the rest. These three nations also have cooler, more European climate. I also think the three nations have much smaller American Indian population
