It took a resolution to condem this? Don’t these guys have anything better to do?

The resolution should have been for the Democrats to contact their buddies at Code Pink at find out who did it so they can be arrested.
Does this provide a vehicle for getting the Wall fixed or find a culprit? I don’t understand this at all.
