Always buy local. Get online and find a damned butcher. If you have to drive to get to him, it’s well worth the gas.

Holy cow (npi) I have some of them in my freezer. Looks like Sam's Choice was my bad choice too.

As to who buys frozen ground beef ... McD's and NVA. Slap a few frozen patties on the grill and you have a e-coli sandwich when you're finished, it would appear.
