Perhaps you could explain to the Rubes the meaning of the Orwellian term "positive discrimination" and its effect on British employment.

Including the propped-up Bangladeshis and Pakistanis, the protected class of British society, who still end up scraping the bottom of the barrel there?

And thats not because of “positive discrimination”. The speaker is alluding to some existent negative discrimination.
