Exactly right! Brodhead should resign and take the gang of 88 with him! While events and circumstances may yet lead to his resignation, you can be sure that the gang of 88 will hold on to the academic gravy-train until their fingertips turn blue!
I’m using that as an example. I’m sure there were more events just like that. And it was *two* that got the F from the same prof, not just one.
I understand that but this alone can’t be all that the Duke Lacrosse families are suing for... So we will hopefully know more details when they file...
Being liberal means you don’t ever apologize in a straightforward manner. Nonapologies are the rule and will always be trumpeted by MSN as real apologies. Liberals cannot believe that anything they do could possibly be wrong because the action/words in quesion were designed to further the Liberal worldview and are, therefore, correct, even if not “true” in some narrow-minded fascist citizen’s view.
When it comes to our educational institutions, there is no such thing as innocent until proven guilty.
I would hope that Duke has already ponied up some large reparation checks for the three wrongly accused lacrosse players in addition to tuition refunds.
His appology “not good enough”..

This case was not "complex" at all.
Duke went for the PC Liberal solution of justice: Blacks good; Whites bad.
It was as simple as that.

The liberal philosophy being taught for decades in universities paralyzes the brain and did not serve the President well when real life rained down on him in the Duke affair.
Oh, well, he can probably get a job at Columbia if he gets drummed out of Duke.

Clearly - there is a lengthy history of very prejudicial and threating behavior against the Lacrosse team by members of Duke's faculty and administration...
There was also the case that the administration failed to move against those physically threatening and causing a lynch mob attitude to overrun the Duke campus.....led in part by members of the Duke faculty..
I seen no case in my lifetime, where a college administration and faculty behaved so badly..... They deserve to be sued into abject proverty, and have the 87 racist professors and the president FIRED.
