He also has no problem comparing the largest loss of American life to a terrorist attack on American soil, 9/11, to traffic accident deaths. He is a disgrace.

Nice straw man. Ron Paul is not against all taxes, such as those which funded the federal government for roughly one hundred and thirty years. He is merely againt the income tax and wants to radically cut spending.

Thank you.

So what you are basically saying is...I should just be myself. Praise him for leaving Americans and their personal freedoms and money the heck alone while lamenting the fact that he won’t slap the Islamofascists silly.

At least Paul is half right. The libs want to control Americans while appeasing the foreign enemies.

Who is Ron Paul? Here is a picture of him:

Ross Perot ran as an independent; Paul has no intentions of running as a 3rd party candidate.

Unless Hillary is running as a Republican in the Republican primaries, please explain to me how he could "throw the race" to her.

He's against the Iraq War

He's against the war? OMG. ...We'll I'm all for pussyfooting with these A-rabs for the next hundred years if necessary...I don't care if it costs 20 zillion bucks..We'll eventually kill them all. And who gives a damn if there is nothing left of our homeland in 20 years while our government makes our sovereignty and borders all but pointless.

Who cares if American becomes a country that speaks 20 different languages, who cares if government is the country's biggest employer, who cares if half our jobs are shipped over to low wage peasant land...More profits$. Bigger government, more control, more taxes...We need to continue on this course, and keep pushing this obese machine up hill. No term limits, no borders, bigger government and more taxes. It's the only way! We need to keep pushing ahead...

At least Paul is half right.

The problem is, where he is half wrong is just too problematic in this day and age.

>>He said people should be able to keep 100 percent of the fruits of their labor.<<

Implicit in the 2nd treatise of government is that there will be costs for government.

We do need a President who will work to again balance the budget but just focusing on the revenue side won’t do it. As our current President has demonstrated.

A perfect depiction of the Paulites.

Which is vastly different than the stereotypes & grotesque photo-shopped pics promoted here. I've been to the rallies and seen the videos and pics. The people supporting Dr. Paul could just as easily be your next door neighbors.

Uh, yeah, that is a big deal. The fact that you then descend into an absurd rant shows you can't be taken seriously, just like RuPaul.

FWIW, your position on Paul seems pretty reasonable to me. I think he gets a bit absurd with his positions on domestic policy, but his heart is in the right place overall, unless wild shrimp are involved.

A lot of good your socialist programs are going to do you if you're dead at the hands of terrorists, lady.

How so? If terrorists ever "come here," THEY'D BE DEAD. Paul still supports border security and a strong national defense.

How's Keyes doing in the polls and fundraising, BTW (guffaws)

Hey....if you want to elect Hillary, choose a pro-war Republican in 2008. If you want to defeat her (and avoid repeating the 2006 debacle), run an antiwar Republican and checkmate her. A vote for one of Ron Paul’s opponents is a vote for Hillary. Simple as that.

Ron Paul is not against all taxes

So tell us how that claim is reconciled with this statement:

He said people should be able to keep 100 percent of the fruits of their labor.

That is the most absurd claim ever.

The main advantage the GOP has over the Dems is the long-standing (and justified) belief among the electorate that the Dems are weak on national security. And you'd have us believe that a winning strategy would be to run to the LEFT of the Dems on national security.

Yep, the 9-11 terrorists are all dead, that is true.

Never mind that they took 3,000 Americans with them.

“If a restaurant has a “bad reputation” with the general public of serving tainted food then that restaurant (and it’s owners’ own name) will keep the bad out of the market and those with a “good rep” will gain more business. I don’t ‘need’ paid bureaucrats inspecting private industry.”

I guess you don’t get away from home much do you? If your new to an area, just how would you get this information?

Yeah...right tell that to Allen, Santorum, Steele, etc. They supported world policing and went down in flames.

Various sources-public review, individuals, past customers, the market would shut down bad restaurants pretty quickly for lack of business Am I God? (that I know all sources people would find information, or know all ingenuity in which men can innovate?).
