Like I said the market can take care of this, with no limits also on the distribution of true (not slanderous) information with all due respect. If a restaurant has a “bad reputation” with the general public of serving tainted food then that restaurant (and it’s owners’ own name) will keep the bad out of the market and those with a “good rep” will gain more business. I don’t ‘need’ paid bureaucrats inspecting private industry.
