I contacted the Marine chaplainNo, Michelle, you contacted a Navy Chaplain who serves with a Marine Corps unit. The Marine Corps has no chaplain corps.
Kinda nit picking.
This guy
Chaplain Brandon Harding
1ST BN 3D MARINES
...would disagree with you.
That being said, her comment that you complain about could simply mean a Chaplain that ministers to Marines.
No problem, all the Conservative pundits have those that find fault with them
I contacted the Navy chaplain who serves with the Marines to verify the e-mail on Friday.
This occurred after I emailed Michael Leeden about the mistake this morning and he thanked me for the correction.

Incorrect. Brandon Harding would agree that he is a sailor, serving with 1st Battalion 3rd Marine Regiment, not a Marine. Just as the Corpsman serving with 1/3 are sailors, not Marines. His ID card, dog tags and OQR would indicate he is a sailor as well.
That being said, her comment that you complain about could simply mean a Chaplain that ministers to Marines.
Were that true, which it isn't, then she wouldn't have corrected her blog.
No problem
Right. Enough of a problem for you to stick your ill-informed nose into it, though.
Your flippant comments are indicative that you most likely never earned the title.
When a Navy Chaplain is assigned to a Marine unit, he is referred to as a “Marine Chaplain.”
“No, Michelle, you contacted a Navy Chaplain who serves with a Marine Corps unit. The Marine Corps has no chaplain corps.”
Our Chaplains and corpsmen are Marines
As far as WE Marines are Concerned.
They are our adopted brethren.
