At least one AAR (After Action Report) is at the Naval Historical Center, Wash. D.C. It might have been put on the internet at www.freerepublic or the Swift Boat Veterans for the Truth about John Kerry site.

Some of the after-action reports used to be posted on the Kerry campaign's website. I don't know if they're still there, but the original links are in the footnotes here, along with details that could be used to search for other online reproductions of the documents, starting with Note #13:

Paperless Archives was also selling a CD with Kerry's military files on it along with the first 11 FBI VVAW files, which may still be available.
