The article is right except for the part of waiting until we know Iran has become nuclear to attack. Then it is too late. To Iran, they don’t lose either way by causing a nuclear Manhatten or Tel Aviv. To them, this is their obligation for Islam. The Russians and Chinese are more then happy to help them towards this goal.

Delaying means more chance they will get additional nuclear material and attack opportunities to fulfill thier goal. Attacking means a hit on our economy which is not looking too healthy these days, but not attacking to me guarantees such an attack causing untold mass casualties and $150 barrel oil and a global depression. That is the goal of Iran’s nutty leadership. Instead of tackling Iran, we have traitors in Washington on the left hobnobbing with our enemies trying to appease then and traitors on the right expending precious resources to build the NAU and pushing illegal invasion. A house divided will fall.

Indeed isn’t this the third time he has ‘warned’ and ‘invited’ through a visit at the UN?

“a messianic nut”
Sure he is, but you’re giving him too much credit. He’s just the mouth that the supreme mullah’s council uses to voice its spew. He’s actually pretty unimportant.

Essentially, once it begins, we will be fighting all of Islam, including the Muslims in our own country. This is an aspect we must keep in mind.

And since we consider ourselves the "good guys", we have to allow them the first strike and retaliate, rather than decapitate the snake before it bites!

I'll repeat from prior posts: there have to be nuclear "accidents" at their fabrication facilities, some of which are hidden under their government headquarters (wink, wink).

Get the battle going BEFORE they are prepared to fight it. Scripture says that one third of the world's population will die in the final conflict; our job is to make sure that most of them are Muslim!

“Oh God, hasten the arrival of Imam Al-Mahdi and grant him good health and victory and make us his followers and those who attend to his rightfulness.”

He used to end his speeches with a call for Armageddon, now he’s beginning his speeches that way. Please tell me people don’t actually believe he’s sane... his version of religion believes the comming Imam can be hastened and President Tom believes he can be somebody to help usher him in.

The Mullahs control this wacko, when the Mullahs say jump, Ahmadi-Nejad says how high.

Reason Mullahs “blessed” Ahmadi-Nejad to lead Iran is to spread fear, uncertainty and doubt in the war against the west. Mullahs would be too stupid to shoot their load now. Act tough, so the State Department can take notice but remain under control and stall for time in order to expand new technology in fighting the West.

The State Department’s belief that diplomacy and “working relations” can solve this is the most scary part. Most Mullahs do practice in self control, patience and master the art of lying to “peace in our time, ignorant diplomats of the West”.

Thank you Jimmy Carter for the Mullahs, hope you are proud of your ignorance.

Agreed. Did you see the thread on the Illinois school district changing holiday names due to an Arab parent’s complaint? This kind of thing is happening all over American society and one day we’ll wake up to the sound of the muezzin and wonder what happened.

Iran understands that they can’t produce enough bombs to destroy the West.

The hell they don't. It only takes one.

They aren't stupid. They have been practicing launching Shahab 3s from container ships. Explode one of those things high enough in the atmosphere over the CONUS and it's "hello, 19th century."

You overstate the effect greatly. A massive EMP would disrupt life for a short period of time. It would not destroy the West.

It looks like it will take the loss of a couple of American cities or a dozen European cities before the Republicans will wake up to what must be done. The Democrats will only cheer for the End of Evil American Hegemony. If one of those cities is DC well, maybe we will just have to lose this one. I do not think our military will avenge the country if there are no orders from the top.

I'm sure that there are contingency plans for that scenario. Every Muslim country would lose all its military bases and government headquarters in a matter of hours.

Still, better to preempt than to react.

You underestimate the economic effects greatly. We don't have the same kind of population we had during "The Great Depression."

We haven't stopped making paper. Most people are amazingly resilient once you get outside of the inner cities.

Would food production and shipment stop? No. Would electrical grids come back on line? Yes.

If it only took one nuke to destroy a civilization, we wouldn't have built 10,000 of them.

One good thing about this armageddon is that Iran will need some rebuilding and that means lucrative contracts for Bechtel and Hal, not to mention Cat and GE.
