I recall when Alberto Fujimori was elected president he barred the doors of the Peruvian Parliament and told the astonished legislators that "You're getting in my way!"

I'm sick and tired of the 'clowns in Congress' who have distorted our Constitution to the point of ascininity and, along with the homosexuals and other liberal pansies, have accommodated the ravaging of our nation to the point that it's fit only for illegal immigrants from south of the border who can't see the difference.
