Judge confronted with Hillary 'smoking-gun' video
World Net daily (via OrbusMax.com) ^ | 10/2/07 | Art Moore

Posted on 10/02/2007 7:30:47 AM PDT by llevrok

A federal judge who stated in court Sen. Hillary Clinton had nothing to do with the planning and preparation for a scandal-plagued Hollywood fundraiser, received by hand-delivery yesterday a transcript of a videotape that allegedly captures the New York Democrat committing felonies related to the event.

The transcript, along with a letter demanding a hearing, was hand-delivered to Federal Judge A. Howard Matz by Douglas Cogan, a regular contributor to FreeRepublic.com who has followed the case closely and helped produce a documentary.

As WND reported, the tape – held by the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York from 2001 to 2007 – documents a July 2000 phone call that purportedly shows Clinton taking an active role in the production of the fundraiser.

Business mogul Peter Franklin Paul, who has filed a $17 million fraud lawsuit against Sen. Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, contends the senator's participation in soliciting performers and planning for the August 2000 Hollywood fundraiser would make his more than $1.2 million in contributions to the event a direct donation to her Senate campaign rather than to a joint fundraising committee. That would violate federal statutes that limit "hard money" contributions to a candidate to $2,000 per person. Knowingly accepting or soliciting $25,000 or more in a calendar year is a felony carrying a prison sentence of up to five years.

Matz, who was appointed by President Clinton, presided over the 2005 trial of Sen. Clinton's campaign finance director David Rosen who was acquitted of filing false financial reports of the fundraiser.

At the outset, Matz declared, "This isn't a trial about Senator Clinton."

You can lead a judge to video, but you can't make him watch it.

Don’t get me wrong DFU, I wanna see the witch breaking little rocks into even smaller little rocks, but I think you’re in for the most crushing disappointment of your life.

In case you haven’t been paying attention, the definitions of black and white depend entirely upon what the the liberal Washington elite and their mainstream media lapdogs declare them to be.

Bill & Hillary could be pointing smoking guns at each other and the judicial system in this country would say “Move along, nothing to see here. These aren’t the droids you’re looking for...”

Three questions, Doug. One, does it concern you having this much personal information about you released to the public? Two, what measures have you taken for your own personal safety in this matter? And third, do you anticipate this case gaining traction, or will it be dismissed quietly, out of court, and quietly swept under the rug?

Well .. someone said last nite that it was time for this story to leap the confines of FR. Guess it’s started.

Congratulations DFU and thank you for this profound - never ending - effort.

I’m not concerned about the personal info. I have made reasonable measures for my personal safety. I don’t know if it will gain traction. The choice is to sit back and do nothing or try to do something. I chose the second.

I think you’re in for the most crushing disappointment of your life.

If I may, even though this was directed at Doug -

IMHO, there will take many of these "outings" of the Clintons to bring them down. They have shown they are pretty safe from one stab or one silver bullet.

But a political death of a thousand tiny slices will be needed and this is a darn good one.

Crushing disappointment? In life we win and lose certain battles. If someone is afraid to try because he is afraid to fail, that makes for a pretty sad life. It is not fair that good people die young and evil people get away with things. All we can do at the end of the day is hope to be able to say that we did our best.

I never expect to see Hillary wearing an orange jumpsuit. What I hope is that enough people hear the message in time. This woman would do and has done anything for power. That is dangerous.

Doug, I’ve read your posts for a long time, and I want you to know, you have been in my prayers. The work you are doing is wonderful, the work of a hero. I honor you, and pray that all you do is blessed, that your family and loved ones are blessed, and that God strengthen you for this battle. I also made a St. Michael novena for you. Here’s the request to St. Michael for intervention:

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be thou our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do thou, O prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan, and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world, seeking the ruin of souls.

Doug, I am so honored to be reading your stuff here. If half of us could do what you do, Hillary and Bill would be in prison today.

God bless.

The mainstream media continues to refuse to write about the story because they are either doing Hillary's bidding or are deatly afraid of her and what she can do to them.

If you have time to do nothing else, SEND THIS VIDEO LINK to the media and to everyone you know. Thanks.

HERE IS HOW TO REACH THE MEDIA

"What I hope is that enough people hear the message in time. This woman would do and has done anything for power. That is dangerous."

Couldn't agree with you more. The problem is, too many people reject reality to live in their own little world, and those are the people who will not hear the message, no matter how loudly it is shouted in their ears.

They will not debate and they will not refute facts that you present to them. They have a simplistic, non-specific view that cannot be altered by logic, for example, 'Bush lied us into war.'

I honestly believe (and fear) that big media will ignore and successfully deflect every legitimate issue that will be broached to confront Hillary, and that her election is nearly a sure-thing.

Hope the heck I'm wrong.

Before a word of evidence was heard, here is Judge Matz:

The senator, he said, "has no stake in this trial as a party or a principal" and is "not in the loop in any direct way, and that's something the jury will be told."

Peter Paul was never called to testify. Aaron Tonken was never called to testify. Kelly Craighead was never called to testify. David Rosen was caught on a government wire making damaging admissions --- that was never presented to the jury. Is this the 1919 Black Sox?

I agree completely, and hope the sheeple will open their eyes long enough to see what a real danger Hillary! represents to the country, but I have my doubts. The Clintons have skated away from so many scandals and controversies in the past with nary a scratch, I have a hard time believing anything will be different.

I admire your persistence and dogged pursuit of the truth, but I have lost all faith in the "justice" system in this country, and almost all in the political system. Almost everyone has their hand out for money and there is an awful, awful lot of crooked cash floating around. You've got scumbags like George Soros and his MoveOn Rogue's Gallery of slimemolds bragging about how they bought and own the 'Rat party. And our next President (Hillary) is the spawn of that? The country is being flushed down the toilet by these people, and the sheeple sleep on...

If that guy wasn’t a bearded, Birkenstock-wearing vegetarian, it wasn’t me. No, I was working the bullhorn at the Fed Bldg in L.A. at the time.

I may be showing the documentary in Austin in the near future. I’ll again make the offer to any group, the larger the better - give me a plane ticket and one night in a hotel, and I’ll show the film anywhere at any time.

Thank you for doing this. You are serving your country just as much as the armed troops fighting wars. There is a serious war going on in this country and no one seems to be taking it seriously.
