The SF Board of Supervisors are just as Stalinist as those idiots Reid, Harkin and the Media Matters smear machine. As you probably already know, they passed a resolution condemning Savage. I heard what he said, and it needed to be said. They can't take the heat however.
I support Weiner...er..I mean Savage (sorry) on this. :)
Please refresh my memory as to what exactly Savage said that caused the SF Board of Supervisors to pass the resolution condemning him. Was that several months ago?
Dude, I live in San Francisco, and when it comes to Stalinist speech-squelching, nobody does it like the Board of Stupes.
Just in case you aren't aware: Ed Jew, the Chinese-American who was just bounced from the Board after indictment for mail fraud and lying about being a San Francisco resident when he ran for Supervisor, was the sole vote against the resolution condemning Savage (they must be unanimous to pass). Jew was replaced by Gavin Newsom this weekend by an adorable Chinese-American 29-year-old woman, Carmen Chu.
With Chu in place, I knew the first order of business this week would be slamming Savage again. Even if she disagreed (which is unlikely), she wasn't going to make enemies her first day on the job.
One last note: The condemnation was proffered by Gerardo Sandoval, the Stupidvisor who famously proclaimed to the amazement of even Alan Colmes that the United States shouldn't have a military force. Unbelievable YouTube video here.
