I think he's thinking of unity in terms of trying to get to the point where people won't be so cynical about their government. He knows that there's been so much corruption that folks are just turned off. He's also looking for unity behind our military, so that our soldiers will be better supported by folks in the country.

Am I required to move toward some other belief to achieve this unity or are others supposed to gravitate toward my beliefs to achieve this unity? Name names and explain Fred's plan to achieve this "unity".
