Just a few moments ago on FOX, there was a story of Blackwater saving the life of the Polish Ambassador during an attack on his convoy.

The bottom line (in more ways than one) is that the US Military can't do the job they're doing in Iraq and elsewhere without Blackwater. Thank all the RATs who cut the active military for all those years since the Peanut man was in the White House.
