“It was pointed out that over-reliance on LSAT scores by many Law Schools has left out many African-American students who have low scores due to lack of resources for adequate preparation.”

And the answer from the left is to admit more under-prepared African-Americans at the expense of properly prepared students of other races. Sounds a lot like racial discrimination to me.

That line from the story pissed me off.

My wife studied for the LSAT while we were moving from California to Indiana, right after I was laid off my job. Talk about stressful times.

There is no lack of resources. We had no money for extra aids but a few books. She studied all the time and did extremely well. Next spring she will graduate.

Its the lack of effort and the lack of preparedness by the test taker that is the problem.
